BaerFix Inserting Tool M 14 x 2.0
With the BaerFix® installation tool you can easily and efficiently install self-tapping thread inserts in the dimension MF 14 x 2.0 into your workpiece.
With the 12 mm hexagonal connection, the installation tool can be operated with a ratchet, nut, spanner or open-end spanner.
The thread insert must be screwed onto the insertion tool with cutting slots or cutting holes facing downwards and tightened with the nuts. The nuts can be tightened and loosened with an open-end spanner of width across flats 21. The BaerFix tap insert can then be easily turned into the locating hole. Once the threaded insert is installed, the lock nuts must be loosened and the installation tool unscrewed again.
