HSSE-CO twist drill bit for core hole drilling
#You can't do without it
Almost every do-it-yourselfer has worked with them: the classic drilling tools for cordless screwdrivers, drills, impact drills or hammer drills. Decisive for the application of the drill is not only the material, but also the cutting edge geometry, the rake angle and the spiral angle, the so-called twist. These drills are particularly stable and made of high-alloy HSSE/Cobalt steel with pronounced heat resistance and extremely high runout accuracy. For drilling iron, steels, cast materials, bronzes, heat-treatable and case-hardening steels up to 1200 N/mm², as well as high-strength CrNi-based alloys and rust-, acid- and heat-resistant steels, such as V2A,V4A, INOX. The core hole drillings are essential to cut a internal thread afterwards.

ULTRA-VA hand taps - nothing goes wrong even in stainless steel
#unbreakable
The taper tap (No. 1) with guide nose of the 3-part hand tap sets are a real speciality. They ensure that perpendicular threads are always cut, even in the trickiest places. Crooked thread cutting is one of the most common causes of tool breakage. With these sets, that no longer happens. The geometries and surface of the screw tap are designed for cutting stainless steel. The advantage of multi-part hand taps is that the respective parts of a set share the cutting power: The taper tap (No. 1) takes 65 per cent of the thread profile, the intermediate Tap (No. 2) 85 per cent and the finishing tap (No. 3) 100 per cent. This makes it easier to cut a straight and clean thread by hand.

HSSE-NT dies - for perfect external threads
#runs round
These high-performance dies are made of cobalt alloyed high speed steel HSSE. The dies provide improved chip removal with their spiral point (spiral entry) and are lapped to smooth the cutting edges and reduce thread friction. The surface hardness is additionally increased by nitriding (1100-1200 HV). The geometry of this cutting tool is specially designed for machining stainless steels. The holes between the cutting edges take up the chips, roll them and carry them away. The cutting iron has outer and inner teeth. The flattened outer teeth make it easier to cut, reduce wear and thus increase the tool life time. Each tooth takes a chip of the same width with it when cutting. The inner teeth have no cutting function: in the cut part of the thread they serve as straight guides. The symmetrical design allows cutting in both axial directions.

PRO adjustable tap wrench - custom-fit holding tools for screw tap
#fits like a glove
The PRO adjustable tap wrench is an actuating tool for screw tap made from a high-end zinc die casting body, with which internal thread can be cut by hand. The outstanding quality of the tap wrench is not only in the material, but also in the premium clamping jaws, the handles and the geometry, which make the tool extremely stable and very precise to use. The long levers on the right and left help to cut plumb into the hole and easily apply the required torque. Another advantage is the easy handling and the short changing times. A lever can be turned off on one side to be able to work in hard-to-reach situations.

PRO die stock with die guides - it doesn't get any better than this
#tool perfectionists
Our PRO die stocks are made of high-end zinc die casting. They have a very stable design and are therefore very resilient, wear-resistant and accurate. With screws you fix the die in a suitable holder and thus prevent it from twisting during use. In addition, the design allows the use of the included die guides. The PRO die guides are made of free-cutting steel with an oxidised surface. This makes them a better fit, more stable and more durable than ever before. They provide optimum guidance for cutting a plumb external thread. When using them, it is important that the holes in the guide overlap with the holes in the die to ensure chip removal.

Tool ratchets - thread cutting with ratchet
#as in no time at all
We offer you the operating tool with ratchet in proven BAER quality. To clamp the screw tap, the chuck can be easily turned open and closed. With the lever you can set the chuck to clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation. The ratchet function of the tool ratchet is particularly practical when you need to cut the thread in tight situations. Tapping is a breeze with it.
