Thread ring gauge NO-GO UNC 7/16 x 14 - tolerance 2A
Reject ring gauges are specially designed tools that have shortened threads and cannot be fully unscrewed. A maximum of two turns is a guide value here. The BAER thread reject ring gauge checks the actual flank diameter of the external thread, which must have at least the specified minimum dimension. The external and core diameters are not tested. Scrap ring gauges are therefore the perfect tools for testing components with complex geometries.
