The BAER limit plug gauge is the perfect solution for anyone who needs to test internal thread. Thanks to the unique design, you can check both good and reject gauges with a single gauge. This saves you time and effort. The GO side of the plug gauge has a full thread profile, which must be able to be turned fully into the thread by hand when testing. The scrap side is different - it has a shortened thread profile. If it can be screwed in further than two turns, the cut thread is not in order. With the BAER plug gauge you can check your internal thread quickly and efficiently. The thread must be clean and free of lubrication. The thread must be clean and free of lubricant residues.
Note on STI thread
These are STI thread / or STI threads. This thread has an oversize and is only used in combination with wire thread inserts (e.g. BaerCoil).
This plug gauge is used to check the gauge accuracy of the holding thread of the thread inserts.
Calibration

Please order the article with article number "KAL01" and the number of gauges you want to have calibrated.
In the further order process you have the possibility to indicate in the "comment field" which of the ordered gauges you want to have calibrated.
