The BAER limit plug gauge is the perfect solution for anyone who needs to test internal thread. Thanks to the unique design, you can check both good and reject gauges with a single gauge. This saves you time and effort. The GO side of the plug gauge has a full thread profile, which must be able to be turned fully into the thread by hand when testing. The scrap side is different - it has a shortened thread profile. If it can be screwed in further than two turns, the cut thread is not in order. With the BAER plug gauge you can check your internal thread quickly and efficiently. The thread must be clean and free of lubricants. The thread must be clean and free of lubricant residues.
